Well...whether I am ready or not, my health will be supported this month. We are walking in the Columbus Day protest on Saturday, and then walking for the cure on Sunday. I probably will be so sore on Monday that I'll swear off exercise for the next month! But at least I am doing something towards the health goal. :)
