Hunting seasons

So gentlemen, when do the hunting seasons for various animals start in your area? I believe we are just about to go into moose season here in about a month, but it might be starting now... just not sure.

So gentlemen, when do the hunting seasons for various animals start in your area? I believe we are just about to go into moose season here in about a month, but it might be starting now... just not sure.
We hunt from September 1st till the last day March some hunt till April but doe's have big bellies then and shouldn't be shot.

Speaking of deer. Archery season starts today in Ohio and runs through the end of January.

Still haven't decided wether to hunt this year or not. Seems the last 4 years I've been so busy I only get to hunt about a dozen times. But I did get lucky last year and got a nice young 7 point opening day of gun season. We ate well this past winter!!!! ;)

Oh....okay...thanks. It kinda looked like a deer...but then again it didn't....lol. What kinda Indian doesn't know a deer? I guess *sob* I'm gonna have to turn in my tribal card. But I'm not as bad as my Seneca cousins who told me the only horses they know anything about are the racing horses at the track...hehe.

Didn't see any deer, or grouse or rabbit... I did see the pavement though... and managed to plant my shoulder into it by tumbling over the bars on my mx.. oo that hurt - still hurts... maybe next weekend when I heal, if I heal that fast I'll go hunting :)
