Do you have a picture of the purple/white beaded rosette i made that i gave you? If so, could ya post it here? I really liked that one. Sorta made itself. LOL They all do. :)

All of my pics that i had are still ~and only~ on my old hard drive that crashed, and it lives in a plastic bag in a drawer in the kitchen. It ain't officially 'dead' yet, still might be 'cloned' hehehheheheh

finally finished my glengarry.... can't figure out how to stop the puckering in front...was really careful in sewing, but overall I am quite pleased with the outcome.. whatcha think?

I make moccasins, and leather pouches and purses and such... what exactly are you meaning by leatherwork? There's what I do , and then there is making things like saddles, and belts and such... I've also made spiked dog collars LOL.. those are so easy to make!

Well, finished a frame I started in NY out of boredom, or was it withdrawel from beads... I don't know. I just had to edge bead it and make a hanger for it... so anyhow.. I'ts not on velvet, it's felt. Still could be a nice shower gift right?

Well I finished this little cutie last night... less than two inches long. I'm not sure if the stones are rhodonite or Rhodocrosite though... probably rhondonite.

LOL man.. I had to break that chain of re: beadworks!! It got up to like 9 re: re: re: re:... and I did'nt want to see if it would go to 10!!!! but that's a trip that it did that though!

Thank You WB!! this is the best time of the year to be beading too... Alot of folks up here work hard all summer selling what they make all winter:cold:. Me I work year round and bead year round. If I make it to picnic this year (like I hope) then I will be bringing these barrettes among other things to sell!

Not exactly. I have a website, just click the www. button on the bottom of my post there.. but it's not exactly a sale site, more of a show off site. I have a ton of stuff posted at www.powwows.com (http://www.powwows.com) in their gallery (just look for Blackbear there as well) and some stuff of the same and different at the gallery at tuscaroras.com. I just suggested on my webpage that I do commission work occasionally. I'm busy for this month though.

Hey I finished another barrette last night. This one is exactly 2 inches long LOL! And I got another almost done today.. should be done with it tomorrow and it's a doozy! Well here's this one. It has tibetan turquois in the center and little rhinestones on the sides. Size 13 charlotte cuts.

Well of course i do....

anyhow, here is the one I nearly finished saturday night but got all the way to edge beading it and decided I was tired. (more like I wanted to get on the computer lol). So i would have had it completed in one day if I had'nt been "sleepy", OH and this one is 5 inches long so it's a full sized barrette.

I'm not fond of the butterfly myself.. or the blue and white small barrette... but hey.. you do a few that are awesome, you make a few that suck right? ROFLMAO

YOu got it, Girl! That is soooo true. Ya work on some pieces that you are really pleased with, and other pieces you just want to scrap cause they don't look right! Although beadwork has a perfection aspect to it, the talent also allows for some flexibility from the artist. Ya don't always make the right decision all the time...I can certainly attest to that for my work!

Ok well.. here's two things I did this week.. and I am pleased with them both..

the barrrette is in 9-3 adn 13 charlotte cuts. 5 inches long

the fan is 5 inches long.. I'll repeat.. 5 inches long! size 14 seed beads, the feathers are an entire pigeon tail. the fuzzy stuff is a very thin strip of fox fur. It's going to be a birthday gift for tay's best friend who has a kaya doll and her mom made it a jingle dress.

WOW!! Dang.. you sure can whip out some beautiful and wonderful stuff. How on earth do you do it? I can't even think long enough to clear my head to try to do anything remotely close. All I can say .. is this week.. I atleast picked up my bead book and looked at it.. got a headache afterwards.. LOL!! Still too drained to even tempt it.. LOL!!
